About the RoleIdentify and develop new leads for K-12 academic tutoring and SAT/ACT test prep
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails to prospective customers.
Cultivate and convert warm leads pipeline to sales. No cold calls.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best tutoring and test prep solutions for individual students.
Effectively communicate the value of our services and overcome objections to close sales
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the tutoring team to ensure seamless delivery of services to students
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education or related field preferred
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in education or related field
Strong understanding of K–12 education systems, learning challenges, and enrichment opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for education and helping students succeed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools
Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule effectively
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule. You'll work from home, engaging with families via phone, email, and video conferencing. While the role involves extended screen time, we prioritize the health and well-being of our team and encourage smart work habits. We are also committed to maintaining a high standard of engagement—this position requires full-time availability and active contribution.
$50,000 annual base salary
Commission and performance incentives- Top performers typically earn $75,000–$80,000 annually, with no cap on commission.
