Lolita's Coastal Cocina, exciting new waterfront restaurant coming to Opal Key Resort & Marina, is looking to add Bartenders to our team. Responsibilities:

• The Bartender will set up, tend, and breakdown bars according to standard policies and procedures in a fun and safe manner
• Prepare and mix beverages for guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner according to standards
• Practice prudent portion controls, maintain accountability of all beverages
• Maintain proper and adequate set up of the bar
• Maintain inventories up to par
• Must adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, ensuring all laws are followed
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
