Job Description:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of drinks to our members and guests, ensuring top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll interact with a friendly, diverse group of individuals while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Key Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with club standards
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper stock levels
• Assist with maintaining an inventory of supplies and restocking as needed
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate food and drink orders
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a country club, restaurant, or upscale bar setting
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and beer, wine, and spirit offerings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred)
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
