Responsibilities

• Load and unload of delivery trucks (Not exceeding 60 lbs)
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely delivery
• Deliver to various locations while ensuring accuracy
• Maintain communication with dispatch to report delivery status
• Inspect items for damage prior to delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
• Adhere to safety guidelines and traffic regulations while driving

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• No experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 60 lbs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation applications

Benefits

Driver Position – Compensation & Benefits Summary

As a 1099 independent contractor working with our delivery team, you will drive a 26ft Box Truck, and will receive the following compensation and benefits:

💵 Compensation

• Base Pay : $800 per week for a standard 5-day workweek.
• This pay is based on a full weekly schedule of up to 40 hours total (typically 8 hours per day).

⏱️ Overtime Pay

• If total weekly working hours exceed 40 hours , any additional time will be paid at a fixed hourly rate .
• Hourly overtime rate will be calculated based on your weekly pay:
• For example:
  $800 ÷ 40 hours = $20/hour overtime rate.
• All overtime must be pre-approved and documented.

📄 Contractor Status (1099)

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position , not an employee role.
• As a contractor:
• You are responsible for your own taxes , insurance , and benefits .
• You maintain control over how work is performed, within delivery schedule requirements.

🚗 Driver Support

• Consistent weekly jobs (as available).
• Assistance and team communication tools provided.
• Payment is issued weekly on Fridays; however, drivers may request early payment for accumulated earnings as of Wednesday each week. To receive early payment, a request must be submitted by Monday at 10:00 AM. If no request is received, payment will be processed as scheduled on Friday."
