About Our Client

Our client is a U.S.-based  legal services/law firm that works with businesses with large immigrants flow in their employees base. They partner with companies in industries like healthcare, technology, construction, manufacturing, and logistics to help them navigate workforce challenges and compliance requirements.
They are looking for an Director of Business Development to drive new business, secure corporate partnerships, and expand revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Outreach & Business Development

  • Identify and target key industries with large immigrant workforces, such as healthcare, technology, construction, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies focused on securing corporate clients who need immigration legal support for their large-scale recruitment programs.
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events to generate high-value leads.
  • Present tailored immigration solutions to HR departments , legal teams, and executives of large companies managing high volumes of job placements.

2. Enterprise Account Management & Strategic Relationships

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts , ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention, particularly in large-scale recruitment programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients , providing expert guidance on visa sponsorships, compliance, and immigration law changes.
  • Deliver in-person or virtual training to HR teams and executives on topics such as employee visa processing, I-9 compliance, and work authorization verification.
  • Provide a white-glove service , offering dedicated legal support for time-sensitive immigration matters.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop tiered service packages for businesses of varying sizes, from small enterprises to multinational corporations requiring immigration services for high-volume recruitment.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with HR executives , in-house legal teams, and corporate decision-makers for immigration services related to large-scale recruitment efforts.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics , ensuring revenue targets and conversion goals are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to optimize lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting.

4. Value-Added Services & Compliance Solutions

  • Offer corporate immigration compliance audits to ensure adherence to U.S. immigration laws in large-scale recruitment programs.
  • Provide customized immigration training programs to HR teams and executives to support their recruitment processes.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting employment-based immigration, proactively advising corporate clients on relevant legal shifts.

5. Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish partnerships with national immigration associations , business organizations, and trade groups to expand corporate client base.
  • Attend industry conferences and corporate networking events to increase brand visibility and generate high-value enterprise leads.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience , preferably in legal services, HR solutions, or immigration consulting.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value corporate contracts and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of humanitarian and employment-based immigration processes (VAWA, T-Visa, EB-2, H-1B, PERM, L-1, TN visas, I-9 compliance).

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills , with experience engaging C-level executives, HR leaders, and legal teams.

  • Ability to simplify complex immigration concepts and present them in a clear, business-friendly manner.

  • Excellent CRM experience, such as LawRuler, MyCase, SalesForce, Hubspot.

  • Bonus:  background in MSP, RPO, and SOW programs is preferred.
