Job Description

Description Our retail client is looking for a eCommerce Specialist (Shopify) to join their team in Fremont, California. This person will be helping with product listings on both Wayfair and Shopify Responsibilities: - Manage the setup of new products on Wayfair and Shopify platforms and ensure accurate inventory levels. - Remove outdated listings and resolve product routing issues to maintain smooth operations. - Identify and resolve issues with product details or listing errors that may impact the customer experience - Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and support product recommendations. - Write compelling and accurate product descriptions, including specifications, dimensions, and pricing details. - Organize and map products into relevant categories to streamline navigation and improve discoverability - Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency of eCommerce workflows. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Wayfair and Shopify platforms. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and product copywriting. - A proactive mindset with the ability to follow directions and contribute innovative ideas. - Experience in eCommerce operations or coordination, preferably in a support role. - Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
