Your Role at Baxter

As Finance Manager of Patient Support Systems and Global Surgical Solutions Portfolios, you will provide Decision Support expertise to US PSS & GSS Capital and Rental commercial teams, which have huge revenue impact to Baxter. This role directs all financial support including decision support and strategy, FP&A processes as well as business partnership for execution of financial commitments from business growth and profitability to Cash Flow. Works with cross-functional teams to strategically revamp how our Rental business fits within our overall PSS strategy.

• Lead and operate in a team-oriented environment and influence cross-functional partners

• Successfully leading business initiatives to deliver large scale operational improvements.

• Support the team with your strong technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles as well as understanding of relevant business environment.

• Maintaining focus on driving projects to completion and delivering output/results.

• Effectively prioritize and manage tasks concurrently; owns career and is accountable for managing own development.

• Have a strong financial and business knowledge, familiar with financial systems and various aspects of financial reporting.

• 80/20 work approach, ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.

• Ability to distill insights from complex analyses and build concise and compelling presentations to senior leadership audience.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or related field (or country equivalent).

• CPA or CMA preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in finance, specifically in: Business Performance Management, Financial Analysis and Decision Support and Business Process and Data Management.

• Experience working in Healthcare, Pharma or Medical Device industry experience preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more trans‐parent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $112,000 to $154,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
