Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Graphic Designer who is fluent in both traditional design techniques and AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in visual communication and be excited by the opportunity to integrate creativity with technology to deliver high-impact marketing assets.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually impactful designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and product-related content.
• Contribute original ideas and execute creative concepts for mid- to large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Leverage both Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based tools (e.g., Leonardo AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) to streamline and enhance design production.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Acquisition teams to develop engaging visuals that support performance goals and brand identity.
• Accurately interpret creative briefs and contribute fresh design perspectives and innovative approaches.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Revise and fine-tune creative outputs based on team and stakeholder feedback while maintaining design consistency and quality.
• Coordinate with external creatives, agencies, and freelancers when required.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams including Brand, Marketing, Design, and Acquisition as well as with external collaborators like AI content providers and agencies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and design styles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Confident using AI-driven design platforms such as Leonardo AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly.
• Solid understanding of key design principles including layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and basic UI design fundamentals.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
