When you join us as an HRIS Analyst II - Time, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Configure and maintain Time and Attendance systems (e.g., ADP or similar platforms), including Time Profiles, pay codes, time rules, and user access.
- Serve as a system resource or key user for timekeeping and payroll modules, providing technical support and troubleshooting; escalate complex or system-wide issues to HRIS Analyst III or Supervisor.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support data integrity, system integration, and consistent data flow across modules.
- Research PTO accrual discrepancies, assist with calculation adjustments, and coordinate payroll processing of corrections.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and documentation to support payroll audits and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with system testing and validation for upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Maintain and enhance time tracking configurations, including holiday rules, schedule templates, and labor level assignments.
- Conduct audits and exception reporting to monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support implementation of new system features or enhancements related to timekeeping functionality.
- Develop and update process documentation, training materials, and user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Remain informed of changes in federal, state, and local labor regulations to help ensure timekeeping system compliance.
- Provide training and Tier 1 end-user support to HR, payroll processors, and managers on Time module features.
- Track task progress and timelines, proactively identify risks or delays, and help ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Document configuration requirements, workflow processes, test cases, and results to support knowledge management and compliance.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years HRIS experience, with a focus on payroll system configuration, table structures, data mapping and interface layouts.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Time and Attendance or similar enterprise-level systems is required.
- Experience with Reporting tools to create custom reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports using HRIS reporting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Self-starter with strong accountability and the ability to lead with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines or support critical payroll processing cycles.

Pay Range:
USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
