Office Administrator with SAGE

Lancaster, PA

Hourly Pay Rate: $26.00-$28.00

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable using SAGE
  
• Using SAGE for accounting and job costing
• Knowledge of Paychex for bi-weekly payroll 
• Responsible for handling AIA billings for construction projects
• Be able to work with WIP reports, project trackers, etc...
• Responsible for various HR functions such as onboarding and PTO tracking

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years experience with SAGE Accounting Software for job costing and accounting
• Must have experience with AIA billings
• Must have experience with WIP reports and project trackers
  
• Must have handled HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, PTO tracking
• Must be able to work a 40 hour workweek ON SITE
• Must be familiar with a construction industry
