Learn more at . **Responsibilities:** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications + Knowledge of building codes + Assemble, install, alter plumbing systems + Install water heating systems + Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems + Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems + Adhere to safety policies and procedures + Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials + Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations + Installing copper, cast iron, and PVC/CPVC pipes, along with drain, sewer, and gas lines + Utilizing hand tools and cutters to cut pipe to desired lengths and electric threaders as well as hand threaders to thread pipe **Qualifications:** + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation + Prior experience in plumbing with minimum 3 years of experience + Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade + E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA + Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade A criminal background check may be required.
