MUST HAVE A MINIMUN OF 3 YEARS OF PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing company in the North Houston area! 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Production Machine Operator Requirements: 

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of production machine operating experience
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma, GED, or 3+ months of related experience/training
• Prior experience in roles such as a Extruder Operator, CNC Machine Operator, Packaging Machine Operator, or Printing Press Operator is a big plus!

Production Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies and maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Produce and sew Tuflex round slings based on the manufacturing specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret production sheets, manufacturing manuals and reports/documents.
• Collect raw material, hardware, tools, tags, and other equipment needed to produce and sew Tuflex round slings.
• Report any defects or deficiencies to management
• Manage and maintain inventory 
• Pack and prep material for shipment in a timely manner
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting to equipment when needed
