Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs to provide a seamless experience.
• Accurately take and deliver orders with efficiency and care.
• Handle transactions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Continuously look for ways to enhance the guest experience without being prompted.
• Serve guests at the front counter and serve guests inside and outside in the Drive Thru

Back-of-House (Kitchen Team) Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food that meets Chick-fil-A’s exacting standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
• Anticipate what’s needed to ensure smooth operations and stay one step ahead.

Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required!

Dining Room Attendant Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests, anticipating their needs and providing assistance without being asked.
• Ensure the dining room remains clean, welcoming, safe, and fully stocked.
• Refresh beverages and offer additional support to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and promptly handle trash removal.
