Mission:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist with a strong background in HubSpot to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and training on new processes within HubSpot, ensuring seamless operations across our go-to-market departments. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating insightful reporting mechanisms to track process effectiveness and individual team performance. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design and implement efficient processes within HubSpot.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in new HubSpot processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor process effectiveness and individual performance metrics.
• Continuously analyze and optimize HubSpot workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot-related inquiries and best practices within the organization.

What makes you the hero for this job:

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role with a strong focus on HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes within HubSpot.
• Experience in creating and managing reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and support team members.
