You Are:

You are a dynamic and driven professional with a technical degree, ideally connected to the semiconductor industry. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, you have a proven track record of driving high growth. Your background in Analog design is an added advantage. You possess a keen interest in the business side of sales and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. As a team-oriented individual, you excel at building strong relationships and are adept at navigating complex sales processes. Your energetic and proactive approach enables you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving revenue growth in specific product categories within your designated region.
  • Collaborating with regional sales teams to identify and execute new growth opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identifying and pursuing major new business opportunities.
  • Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with Synopsys products and services.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and semiconductor sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience in Analog design is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and interest in the business side of sales.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
