  • Foster continuous improvement through data-driven inspect-and-adapt cycles.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Scrum Master experience   in complex, large-scale enterprise environments (5+ years preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple agile teams simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and personalities.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly, show initiative, and drive progress independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise retail technology rollouts is a plus

Personality Fit:

  • Confident, positive attitude, solution-oriented.
  • Handles challenging personalities and pushback with professionalism and persistence.
  • Focused on gaining buy-in through influence rather than top-down direction.
  • Proactive problem-solver who drives action and resolution.

Technical Environment:

  • Flexibility using both   Scrum   and   Kanban   frameworks.
  • Heavy interaction with   third-party vendors   and distributed teams.
  • Coordination across hub locations (Cincinnati, Charlotte) and remote team members.
