Our client, a successful construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to support their leadership team and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: + Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and responding to correspondence. + Prepare and handle confidential materials, such as contracts, reports, and financial documentation. + Assist in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and compliance. + Maintain detailed records and filing systems, both electronic and physical, for documents related to construction projects. + Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. + Coordinate travel and logistics for executives, project managers, and other team members. + Prepare accurate reports and presentations for stakeholder meetings and other business functions. + Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, handling incoming communications, and troubleshooting minor technical issues. Requirements + 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or real estate industries. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is a plus. + Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. + Experience managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion. + Familiarity with construction project documentation (e.g., bids, permits, RFPs) is highly desirable. + Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
