Description This unique position for a strategic HR leader requires expertise in Training and Development, Performance Management, including strong business acumen. The Training and Development Specialist will provide guidance to the executive team on items including: + Retention + Performance evaluations + Scaling for growth + Development opportunities + HRIS implementation This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up with a focused mission and dynamic team!
