Job Description

Local Candidates Or State Experience Candidates Are Preferred.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
Experience as a lead designer in an development project, preferably involving modernization of technology, as well as working with a cross-functional team to redesign and simplify UX and workflows to meet modern application design standards, using a material design library and component framework, such as MudBlazor - 2 years experience
Experience creating wireframes/prototypes and iterating over them with cross-functional stakeholders - 4 years experience
Experience creating personas and testing designs against the personas - 4 years experience
Knowledgable of modern code implementations, US web design standards, and product strategy - 4 years experience
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working within Agile principles and processes - 2 years
Experience using MudBlazor material design library - 1 year
Experience training software developers and business analysts on UX principles and best practices - 2 years
Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD's environments will be especially valuable
