Job Overview ABC Seamless, a leader in residential remodeling and exterior solutions, is seeking an experienced Window Foreman to join our Field Operations team. As a Window Foreman, you'll lead window and door installation projects, ensure top-notch craftsmanship, and deliver an exceptional experience to our valued customers. You'll supervise a small crew, maintain quality standards, and be the on-site face of our company. Learn more at . Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Lead and supervise one or more employees on window and door installation projects.
- Perform hands-on installation of windows, doors, and trim to meet company standards.
- Use metal brake equipment to wrap windows accurately and professionally.
- Read and interpret project specifications and customer requirements.
- Ensure safety compliance on every job site, including use of required equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff to provide excellent service and resolve issues.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization.
- Track project progress, report updates to management, and complete required documentation.
- Train and mentor new installers or apprentices to build their skills.
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing windows, doors, and trim.
- Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience using a metal brake to wrap windows.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 speeding tickets on record.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule Full-time, Monday - Friday
