Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Records Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company records and documents from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a Remote Records Clerk, you will handle sensitive information, ensure the accuracy and integrity of records, and support various departments by providing timely access to necessary documents. Your daily tasks will include scanning, indexing, and filing documents electronically, as well as retrieving records as requested by authorized personnel. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding recordkeeping and data privacy. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with team members and management to fulfill document requests and clarify record-related inquiries. Proficiency with document management systems and basic office software is required.
