• Licensed Stylist - Cosmetologist - Stylist for Upscale Men's Salon.
• Position : Part-Time with Full Time potential.
• Salon Experience of 4 years+ .
• We are a Naples Grooming Shop in a bustling downtown area looking for Artists with experience and enhanced people skills, catering to a higher-end clientele.
• Hammer & Nails Grooming for Guys - Naples is currently seeking Licensed Cosmetologists to add to our team.
• Candidate must perform Haircuts, Beard Grooming, Face Treatments, Facial Waxing, and Color Camo.
• We also offer Hand & Foot nail services.
• Please have experience working with these types of services.
• We know a grooming shop is only as good as its artists.
• We need artists that can turn FROGS back into Princes. Someone who puts Edward Scissor Hands to shame.
• Someone who has a passion for amazing and won't take any shortcuts.

Job Qualifications:

• Proficiency in performing great consultations and hair services for our members or guests.
• The provider must demonstrate excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
• The candidate also requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must also hold and maintain a current state license as required.
• The candidate should be sales-driven while providing a consistent "white glove experience” to all clients.
• Be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, imaginative, and goal-oriented, and believe in promoting the established culture and mission.

Specifically:

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional overtime may be required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fun shop environment.
• Maintain professional tools in excellent working order.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members, guests, supervisors, and staff.
• Be currently licensed.

Job Duties:

• Provide an Exceptional Customer experience.
• Reporting to the General Manager.
• Perform grooming services for each member/guest.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the shop’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure a “white glove” standard of service is maintained during service and throughout the shop.
• Ensure members/guests feel welcome upon arrival for their appointments.
• Recommend upgraded/premium services and future visits as well as promote retail grooming products.
• Stock and maintain stations according to the shop’s operating procedures.
• Assist, when needed, with washing and folding all linens used in the shop.
• Arrive before starting the shift with time to prepare for the day.
• Maintain and increase knowledge of all service offerings and new products by attending in-house instruction, required continuing education courses, and new product promotions.
• Assist management and staff as needed.
• Understand the needs of members/guests to earn trust and maintain loyalty.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
