You will use innovative problem solving and analytical thinking to help clients shape organizational strategy, improve financial operations, and enhance administrative efficiencies. Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Minimum 3 years' experience in Consulting, Higher Education, and/or other relevant experience + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Strong analytical skillset + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong experience and proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office products + Demonstrated track record of successful delivery and implementation of ERP systems (e.g. Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Student Information Systems) + Certification or direct experience implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft systems **Job Requirements:** + Current U.S. work authorization required + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university + Current MBA student (individuals who have completed their MBA program prior to December 2025 will not be considered for this position) + MBA Graduate degree obtained by May/June 2026 + Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) on a 60-80% basis annually; work extended hours as necessary The base salary for this job is $125,000. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $140,000 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
